Roderick Chambers is a singer, songwriter and guitarist. He was born and raised from South Florida. He started singing with his older brother when he was 8 years old. In high school they formed a group called R-Styl. For 17 years the group opened for various artists like Ginuwine, Fat Joe, Pit Bull, Betty Wright, 3LW, Wayne Wonder, Nappy Roots, and many other artists. They were featured in the 2008 NBA Finals in Miami, Florida to sing the National Anthem. They were formerly signed to a management company who had ties to Timbaland and recorded many songs throughout the years that were written and vocally produced by Jim Beanz and Donnell Shawn. R-Styl later joined a cover band and performed throughout the country doing clubs, private parties, corporate events, and weddings. In 2015 Roderick decided to go off on his own to pursue his dreams as a solo artist. He made the big leap to move to California and now lives in Orange and performs throughout southern California.
His musical stylings include R&B/POP/REGGAE/and SOUL. His smooth and soulful vocals will truly mesmerize with influences from a range of different artists like Boyz II Men, Brian McKnight, Babyface, Marvin Gaye, Lionel Richie, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and John Legend.
